What to Expect on the day of your Assessment
- Assessments are scheduled to begin at 8 am or as early as possible and last 4-6 hours. A BPI certified contractor may or may not be present.
- We must have full control of your home for the duration of the assessment as we are conducting combustion safety tests. This means no cooking, showering, using the fireplace, etc. You will be sent a letter upon scheduling that lists all the preparations.
- We maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism. Be aware that we will be poking around every nook and cranny there is in your home and you will be sharing financial information with us. Confidentiality is a high priority.
- Although we are dear animal lovers, household pets must be contained.
- If we find significant gas leaks, we must call someone immediately to either correct the problem or shut off the system. This is a safety precaution for you and your family.
